Autumn Photography Competition
The recent House photography competition was a great success. The competition was open to the whole school from Reception through to Year 8. The theme was, ‘What does Autumn mean to me?’ The great variety of photographs and the number of entries meant that the competition was very hard to judge. Katherine Duncan, a professional photographer, was called in to cast her eye over the entries and to choose the winning photographs.
The winning entries were as follows:
Reception: Amy Styles; Year 1: Tommy Hodson; Year 2: Millie Harrison; Year 4: Jac McBride; Year 5: Hugo Burgess; Year 6: Charlie Clarke; Year 7: Tilly Wright; Year 8: Peter Rapp.
The overall winners were Millie Harrison (Pre-prep), Hugo Burgess (Years 3,4 & 5) and Peter Rapp and Charlie Clarke (Years 6,7 & 8). They each received a disposable camera for their efforts and the winning photographs will be on display in the corridor in the Lutyens building as from Wednesday 25th November
