Year 2 Street Party
Year 2 Street Party
Year 2 started the Michaelmas Term as evacuees in our World War 2 Topic and they ended the topic with an authentic street party! Bunting was put up, paper hats were made and games played. The tea was delicious and was worth the saving of the rations - there were even two squares of chocolate for each child at the end.
The children in Year 2 have thoroughly enjoyed this topic and the teachers are pleased that it has produced some excellent, imaginative work too.
