Lost 16 – 7 1/2
Batter – Emily
Fielder – Bibi
Lady of the match – Isabella

The U11B Amesbury girls went into their match with a positive attitude. Starting off with batting, the girls really pushed themselves to score rounders. We had some strong hits from Emily and Imogen which made it possible for them to add a few rounders to the score sheet. Lily and Georgie were our risk takers and they knew when and where to run. The girls knew that they had to work hard on their fielding and they definitely tried their best. Naomi bowled consistently and communicated well with her team. Tilly and Isabella made accurate passes to their teammates, they also both played an important roll in backing up second post. We saw some quick hand from Bibi at second post, stumping the other team out and accurate passes all round. It was an unfortunate loss for the U11B’s but the girls should be proud of their sportsmanship and their team spirit. Well done girls!
