The girls played a fantastic match today against Feltonfleet. They had a slightly wobbly first innings with some silly mistakes made. However, they picked up their game significantly in the second innings. Iona had a really calm game as bowler. showing quick reactions and managing to get out a number of players. While Isabelle I was incredible at backstop, reading the game well and demonstrating a great overarm throw. Maia played a lovely game at second post; managing to stump out numerous FF players. When they went into bat, the second innings saw some lovely hitting from Maia and Isabelle, adding to the scoresheet well.
Well done girls on an impressive 15 – 11 1/2 win today.
