The girls put in a great performance today against a lovely GHS side. Despite some silly mistakes in the first innings, the girls soon called their game and started making some lovely fielding decisions. Isabelle I was fantastic at backstop, reacting quickly and making some great passes to second post.
Isabelle PB and Maia formed a great partnership and wasted no time in stumping numerous players out.
The GHS girls should also be really pleased with their performance. They demonstrated some great passing skills and showed real passion as they strove to stump our players out. Our batting improved drastically with the second innings, with Jazzy and Isabelle I hitting the ball way into the deep to add to our scoresheet.
A lovely game from both teams, well done girls!
